Support Vermont farmers through Dig Deep Vermont

Over 350 Vermont family farms are still coping with the financial aftermath of last year's flooding. To support recovery efforts, Dig Deep Vermont was established by a group of volunteers working with government agencies, state associations, and business leaders. This grassroots coalition is focused on raising funds to support local Vermont family farmers, all of whom play a critical role in our communities and state. The fundraiser is organized by county so neighbors can help neighbors, while also offering a general state fund which will supplement county campaigns. Funds raised will be distributed directly to the family farms impacted by the flooding and extreme weather.

I support the Mortgage Loan Officers and attorneys by preparing the disclosures needed for the loan closing -- that's when all the final paperwork gets signed. I love hearing about people who were able to buy their first home with our help, especially when they have children. I was twelve years old when my family bought their first home. It was so exciting! I could finally paint my room whichever color I wanted. It makes me happy to think I'm helping to give someone else that same experience.
