Interpreters available at no cost
If you prefer to do business with us in a language other than English, we have a solution! Here's how it works:
- Call us at (800) 660-3258 or stop by any branch, and let us know - as clearly as you can -- that you need an interpreter. For example, you could say "Interpreter please" and then tell us the language you prefer (Arabic, Bosnian, French or over 100 other languages).
- The credit union representative will take a moment to call our translation service, and place them on speaker phone so you can hear them.
- The interpreter will stay on the phone until they are no longer needed.
