Is my purchase eligible?

Flex Pay offers are available to qualifying NorthCountry credit cardholders with eligible purchases.

To be eligible, you must:
  •     Have an active NorthCountry credit card
  •     Have a credit limit of at least $1,000
  •     Have a credit score of 640 or higher
  •     Have an eligible transaction between $250 and $15,000
  •     NorthCountry account is in good standing*
Certain transactions, including cash advances, ATM withdrawals and balance transfers, are not eligible for Flex Pay. You don’t need to apply. If you’re eligible, available Flex Pay offers will automatically appear in Online Banking or the NorthCountry mobile app.

*Flex Pay is subject to eligibility requirements. To be considered in good standing, your NorthCountry credit card must be active, with no more than two missed payments within the past two years and no delinquencies year to date. Additional qualifications, including credit and transaction requirements, apply.

Accepting a Flex Pay offer allows you to pay off eligible purchases over a set period of time with a fixed APR and fixed payments.

Flex Pay Installment plans are a great way to plan for and budget larger purchases and pay over a determined amount of time.

Log into your online banking account, choose your Visa Platinum Credit Card account you’ll see Installment Payments.

You can create a plan by navigating to your credit card account, choosing Installment Payments Tab and selecting an eligible purchase.

Purchases that are over $250 and are available in the Installment Payments tab are eligible.  
Purchases that already appear on your monthly statement, are disputed or claimed as fraudulent, and/or are already included in a promotional APR or special financing may not be eligible.  
Offers for Flex Pay plans expire one day before the statement cut date. Transactions can only be converted to a Flex Pay plan in the same billing cycle. 
You may have up to 10 active plans on your account at a time. As Flex Payment plans are paid off, you will be able to view and add new eligible purchases.   
Flex Payment plan durations and terms vary based on the purchase amount and other factors, including credit worthiness. You may see up to 3 different duration options on eligible purchases.  
There’s no need to make any separate payments for your active Flex Payment plans. We’ll automatically add the monthly installment payment(s) to your minimum payment due
