My role is to oversee mortgages from the application to after all the paperwork has been signed and keys handed over. I've spent over five years in the credit union's Mortgage Lending Department. When something comes up at the last minute that could delay a closing, it's satisfying to solve the problem quickly and get to the finish line on time. My favorite thing about helping people with mortgages? The excitement of members closing on their first home.
