If you use Quicken 2005, online services and live technical support will no longer be available as of April 30, 2008. You may continue to use these services by upgrading to 2008.
If you use QuickBooks 2005, online services and live technical support will no longer be available as of May 31, 2008. You can continue to use these services by upgrading to QuickBooks 2008.
Failure to upgrade your software will impact your ability to download financial data from NorthCountry with Direct Connect and Web Connect. Fund transfers between accounts and online bill payment through Direct Connect will also be impacted. Other Quicken and QuickBooks features will continue to function.
