$10,000 CHAMP challenge grant 2008!
In 2007, your contributions helped the Champlain Adaptive Mounted Program (CHAMP) achieve its dream of becoming a full-time service and managing its own facility. But much work remains to be done! CHAMP’s barn needs renovations to make it more accessible, and additional horses and equipment are needed. Please support CHAMP’s work with physically and cognitively challenged people in our community.
To encourage your help, NorthCountry is repeating the successful challenge grant it issued in 2007: For every $1 donated by a NorthCountry accountholder, the credit union will kick in $2, up to a total contribution of $10,000. Donations are being accepted at any NorthCountry branch. For more information, go to www.vtchamp.org.
Champlain Valley Fair
We hope you had fun at the fair and look forward to seeing you there in 2009!
